Cindi Brewer is a Colorado native, born in Denver and lived in Garfield County most of her childhood and adult life. She attended early education schools in Carbondale and enjoyed growing up in the Crystal River Valley towards Redstone. Some of her favorite places are Avalanche Lake, Glenwood Springs Canyon, Sunlight Mountain, the Colorado River, Rifle Gap and Little Box Canyon. So many beautiful places and so many beautiful memories!
Along with spending her life in this area, Cindi also comes from a history of successful real estate brokers. Her mother and father were both real estate agents in the ‘70s for Fender Realty in Carbondale, as well as owned their own general contractor company, Brewer Construction. Bob Brewer built several custom homes at The Ranch at Roaring Fork and throughout the valley. Her mother was owner/managing broker for a franchise real estate company, ERA Referral Realty, in the Denver area in the 80’s and 90’s.
Cindi first received her real estate agent’s license in the 90’s and worked for ERA Referral Realty for three years. There is no better person to apprentice under than your own parents! Cindi became Rookie of the Year by out-listing and out-selling all 40 agents in that office in her first year of selling real estate!
Cindi received her broker’s license in 2007 and has been selling real estate in Garfield County for the past four years. Her career has evolved from residential sales to include all aspects of real estate – vacant land, building lots, commercial properties, development projects, investment properties and property management. She truly has become the “one stop shop” for buying and selling real estate.
Cindi has a large network of friends, co-workers and acquaintances throughout the industry and valley, and she is ready to help with any and all Real Estate endeavors.
